Now off to Virginia with you Mr Santorum!
He is definitely running for something--but I would suggest he sit out '08 because he has been tagged a loser. His best bet would be to run for Governor in '10 therefore setting a foundation for a Presidential run. Since the Republicans have seen the destruction of two of their potential stars {at least from the view of the right} and potential pres. nominees--M'Cain's fortunes have increased twofold. As a Democrat, I would indeed hope that Santorum runs and is nominated because McCain scares the Hell out of me as he would be all but unbeatable.
Senator Santorum was a brilliant senator. We lost a great man, he spoke the truth, and the truth is sometimes unpopular. I fear for our safety with the Dems in control of Congress.
