I think those REASSSESSORS were smoking some trees before they went around. Out of control. My property was worth a whole bunch as well. Funny thing was I was just assessed 2 years ago and some how my value went up 60G's. The only thing that changed was I planted grass.
Uhh..gort..when I paint the fence there's usually a cold one next to the paint bucket...seems to be missing in the pic..but I see that you typed "skippnig" the news so maybe it isn't missing. j/k good luck with the fence I would opt to hire someone LOL.

I have a very small yard that The Luzerne COUNTY REASSSESSORS have decided is worth millions. Not a tree on our property.

Nepa, that doesn't surprise me. Grass isn't only illegal, it's expensive too. I hope you don't get caught growing it.
