The Judges scandal in Luzerne County deserves a moniker that doesn't end in -gate. Some of the terms that have been suggested so far are:
Black Robes
Juviscam
Judge Sludge
Un-Reel Justice
Caught with the robes down

Tough week for Luzerne County, as two judges are charged with fraud and conspiracy. Judges Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan are headed to jail for eight years. Was Maryanne Petrilla the only voice of reason?
Dont get me wrong I like the Patrilla Urban alliance, but I do not know why she is getting credit for this, Steve Urban desreves more, but really it was Steve Flood and patriila took outfor the sake of the the bond brothers. (granted i will give her credit for being silent to advance through the ranks so she can be in charge and change things(like Condi)) Again i may be wrong but someoen please tell me why they are saying she was the only voice of reason when she seemed to be silent either way(which is fine she was not in county govt at the time) also i would say her and Steve Urban are the voices of reason
Did anyone forget about Prothonotary Jill Moran and her 'John Doe' filing mistake when the IRS filed a lien against her law chum Powell? Fraud anyone?
ReplyDeleteConversely find a law where the IRS is a law enforcement agency with any pocket commission to levy. But as rule by fiat goes, the IRS can do anything outside of the law.
