Shimkus bounced from ballot

TT: Saying he intended to deceive voters about his address, a Commonwealth Court judge threw state Rep. Frank Shimkus off the Democratic ballot for state representative in the April 22 primary election.
'The decision leaves former City Councilman Kevin Murphy as the only candidate on the Democratic ballot for the post, and gives him a leg up on winning the job in the November election. Mr. Shimkus said he would appeal the decision to the state Supreme Court.

I don't know if this will end his chances for reelection. Remember Bob Cordaro was on and off the ballot last year like a yo-yo.

So, let me get this straight...he lied filling out his reports, then he tried to move into the home 3 days before the hearing to cover his lie, then he lies to a judge?!
He should resign and face perjury charges for lying to a Commonwealth court judge.

Maybe he's fat, bald, and ugly where it really counts. After all this is the mantra of most local women voters.
