A fitting tribute

A group called the Presidential Memorial Commission of San Francisco has launched a ballot initiative that would rename a city sewage treatment plant the "George W. Bush Sewage Plant."
A petition is being circulated that would put the measure up for a vote in November. If it passes, it will rename the city's Oceanside Treatment Plant for the 43rd resident of the White House.

I would order up a round of IRS audits and if that didn't work I'd have them all shot. I've never seen such disrespect like I have in the last 7-8 years. Tell me why ANYBODY good would want this job. Perhaps that's why we're looking at 3 of the phoniest candidates ever ! Talk about wasting taxpayer dollars, forming a group and launching a ballot init. Wasn't Callifornia suppozed to fall off into the ocean by now?

    NEPAconservative,

I guess your part of the lofty 29% approval rating that he has. Need I say anymore.

Other than a temporary tax cut and two good Supreme Court justices, please elaborate on his conservative record for the past 7 years.

And yes, you'll have to endure one of the other 3 slobs next year.

  5. That is really offensive and disrespectful. Sewage treatment plants play a vital and extremely important role in society. Why would we want to saddle one with the name of the worst President ever? That would be worse than rechristening National Airport in Washington, D.C. with Ronald Reagan's name. (PATCO, anyone?)

Your disdain for the First Amendment and the rule of law reveals that there is nothing conservative about you. But then there is nothing conservative about the Republican Party's efforts of the last seven years to turn the US into a police state. It's been enough to make Barry Goldwater and Saint Ronny spin in their graves.

    Gump and Anonymous...
I would beg to differ on the worst president ever remark (Jimmah "I love Hamas" Carter ring a bell?). Aside from the Supreme court justices and tax cuts, he has exposed our enemies and people that were screwing us since the 90's (France, Germany, Russia to name a few). Hey Libs turn a blind eye, It'll go away on it's own....Oil for food, the UN, Iran were all under the radar until GW came to the press. Now, trusting that the press would treat him fairly was his biggest mistake.

More ? Banned Partial Birth Abortion, Expanded the role of faith-based and community organizations , No Child Left Behind Act, Killed the Kyoto Global Warming Treaty, which Billy Bob Clinton didn't have the BALLS to do for 8 years, Successfully executed two wars in the aftermath of 9/11/01: Afghanistan and Iraq. 50 million people who had lived under tyrannical regimes now live in freedom, Oh yeah Saddam...dead, Signed the LARGEST nuclear arms reduction in world history with Russia, Challenged the United Nations to live up to their responsibilities (we gave them no BS John Bolton), Started the USA Freedom Corps. Want me to go on people ? Need more ? Sure as hell beats Clinton's accomplishments..NO AXE don't tell BS.

I'll tell you why his 29% approval rating is what it is. The MSM, and that's a fact !

If the MSM told the American people for 4 years that the sky was purple and not blue, they would freakin believe it. Extreme Bias and only focusing on the negatives. I still can't believe Dan Rather got away with one of the biggest smears in the history of the free press.

Last I checked congresses approval rating is anywhere from 18 to 25%, so explain that. Maybe they can call it the Nancy Pelosi poop plant ?

Gort: Having them shot was a bit of over the top sarcasm. Should have been noted.

    How's that for a reply ?

Barack should make a fine replacement for Bush in these 57 states of America.

Anyone see this on the news ? No ? Wonder why ? Mmmmmmmmmm nnnneeeeeee Could it be Satan ?
Or could it be that Bias creeping in to fair, balanced and non biased reporting.
