Juvie Brothers plead guilty

Luzerne County Judges Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan pleaded guilty this afternoon to corruption charges. They face 87 months in prison, according to their plea agreements.

"I plead guilty your honor," Conahan said.

"Guilty, your honor," Ciavarella said.
.
There is more to come as the FBI is looking into the fixing of civil suits and the prisoner furlough program. Plus things that haven't hit the papers yet.

RICO action filed today is Reel Justice! Mericle and Powell may skate on the criminal charges because of cooperation - but just as OJ went down at the hands of the Goldman's in the civil action - these guys are toast in this case.
