BUTLER, Pa. (AP) — A transsexual woman convicted in the castration death of her husband is accused of making death threats to a prosecutor.
Tammy Felbaum, 48, on Friday waived her right to a preliminary hearing in Butler County before District Judge Peter Shaffer. Felbaum faces a host of charges, including terroristic threats, assault by a prisoner, aggravated harassment by a prisoner and retaliation against a prosecutor.
"All this will come out even if it has to be at my 1st degree murder trial. ... You have to know I'm coming for you ... I'm your god and your days are numbered," Felbaum wrote in a letter to Butler County Assistant District Attorney B.T. Fullerton, according to an affidavit.
