Rumor has it (and it is only a rumor since I have zero first, second or third hand information) there are going to be 12 additional indictments - many of which are attorneys who "purchased" verdicts.

I've heard a much higher number. I won't even say because it sounds too fantastic, but finally I think the politicans in Luzerne County are getting the message.

Is anybody going to the proceedings today to see who becomes our new President Judge at noon. For the first time in history it will be open to the public, thanks to the outrage started by WILK radio. My guess is Chester Muroski as he is 69 yrs. old and not far from mandatory retirement age (70), but a little birdie says Peter Paul has the inside track. We shall see!!!

Muroski knew about all the criminal nature of C & C by his own admission today. Naturally so did did the other judges. As officers of the court why didn't any of them come forward? Are they in violation of their oath? Where are you Steve Corbett?

Another sad day for jurisprudence.

The information says Participant #2 was the contractor that built Pennsylvania Child Care’s local facility and another in Butler County. The contractor for both projects was Mericle Construction Inc., headed by local developer Robert Mericle.

A spokesman for Mericle Construction, attorney Lew Sebia (Mericle Construction Chief Operating Officer) released the following statement at 5 p.m.:

"Neither Rob Mericle nor Mericle Construction has been charged with any offense. Mr. Mericle has cooperated with all authorities with respect to this investigation and will continue to do so in the future without exception. At no time did Rob Mericle or Mericle Construction ever make any payment to influence a decision to secure a contract to build any PA Child Care facility. Mr. Mericle’s participation to construct these facilities was sought out because of his demonstrated expertise in construction and development."

Question: "What was the role of Lew Sebia, the lead counsel and COO of Mericle Construction / Real Estate Co. Was he the legal operative of "Participant #2" (Mericle)???

Are we expected to believe that Lew Sebia was unaware that the client he represented, was paying kickback money to some bogus company in Florida for the Juvie Center he was building?

Is that a good question???
