Another Kanjo ad

This is the 3rd TV ad from the Paul Kanjorski reelection campaign since mid-June. Maybe all the handicappers such as Cook, Rothenberg, CQ and The Fix are on to something.

Same scare tactic used by liberals since 1975. If somebody in the sate of PA has to decide to eat food or by drugs then WHY vote for Paul Kanjorski ? He blames Bush now, but before that he had a Democratic president named Clinton.

This message I get out of this commercial is " I'm Paul kanjorski and I haven't been able to get it done for the last 20 years"

It's also high time the Democrats STOP demonizing the drug companies. We do the best R&D in the world. If it wasn't for AMERICAN drug companies we'd still be fighting off 3rd world plagues.

On a separate note, how your vacation was good.

He forgot to mention that with an eeee-vil Republican in the White House for the past 8 years, Senior Citizens have been forced to eat dog food so that they can afford to buy their medicines...

Gort,

I missed this item. According to Votesmart.org and here is the link

Paul Kanjorski voted against giving seniors a Part D Prescription Drug benefit. Here is his vote

06/27/2003 Medicare Prescription Drug bill
HR 1 N <------

As you can see the Bill Passed - House (216 - 215) by only one vote. If one other Congressman had agreed with Paul Kanjorski seniors would not have a Prescription Drug Benefit today. I believe he needs to be called on this one. He wants to take credit for something he didn't do. His actions are so loud I can't hear what he is saying.

The Roll Call vote you see on the screen appears to be Roll Call 332 dated 06/27/2003 when you blow it up full screen. As I stated previously his vote is NO on that roll call and bill. Here is the link to all the votes associated with the bill.

How can he misrepresent himself like that? More importantly why would he mislead the seniors on this issue?
