What makes you think she is a witch?
Well, she turned me into a newt.
A newt?
I got better.
Burn her anyway!

That's about the only kind of hearsay that Lokuta hasn't endured in the Court of Judicial Discipline this week. Most of the testimony seems to be "she hurt my feelings." But no paper trail was offered to support the allegations of rude behavior or inefficient administration of her courtroom. One witness said she called then President Judge Mike Conahan a few names which might be the reason for all of this. The rumours of a federal corruption probe at the courthouse didn't come up but that can of worms might be opened when Lokuta gets to present her defense in December.

Gort,
The evidence is not so damning as the complaint. But it's enough from which one can conclude that this judge has some emotional problems. Of course, we have not heard her side of the story.
let me say this, i followed this trial and its a bunch of bull____!!
half the people who testified said shes "MEAN FOR YEARS!" it took them 16 years to come forward? comon" one disgruntled employee, some friends who felt sorry for her, and a so called "housekeeper lawyer" wheres her head?? i wish i could find a lawyer to do my floors!
No one truly knows about Judge Ann Lokuta's actions unless you have been present so don't speak in her defense if you haven't! We experienced her in real life! Disrespectfull, smirking at her officials while people were talking on the stand and just belittling "everyone" in the courtroom. She needs to "step down". Obviously, everyone is wasting her time in court according to her actions!
After talking with people i trust and listening to their horror stories about Ann, I believe she is in some serious need of psychatric care. She should not be a judge, she should not be allowed small children and she should pony up and admit she is Gay.
She's horrible. I witnessed her in action at court. She doesn't deserve to rule over peoples lives. She's mentally ill in my opinion. She should be cast aside and stoned.

And if you read this Lokuta and get back on the bench, then never mind and forget I said that.
