Washington, D.C. – The web site of Congressman Christopher P. Carney was honored by the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF), a non-profit, non-partisan management consulting and research organization in Washington, D.C., for having one of the best web sites in Congress. The site, carney.house.gov was one of only 104 Web sites commended in The 2007 Gold Mouse Report: Lessons from the Best Web Sites on Capitol Hill. To identify the awards, CMF analyzed 618 congressional web sites, including those of all Senate and House Members, committees (both majority and minority sites), and official leadership sites. In 2007, CMF awarded 36 Gold, 34 Silver, and 34 Bronze Mouse Awards. Carney’s web site received the Gold.

Update: Michelle is back and gives a painful explanation of what happened with her hosting provider. Now GrassrootsPA has been off and online for the last 2 days and what the hell happened to The All Spin Zone. Plus we have yet another local political blogger with the aptly named site Politics in Northeast Pennsylvania. And Gary has started posting again at Declarations of Pride.

Frageelay!
I'm back online...as I had originally thought, my webhosting provider did change something on their end and never bothered to update the links to my database. Only 4 days of downtime. JOY! Needless to say, I'll be shopping around for a new hosting provider.
Congratulations on your listing! #20 is totally the coolest position to be at.
