The only way to rid this problem is to get rid of the politicians who voted for the increase. It would take a major grass roots effort and to be honest, people are more concerned about their dvd's or i pods or the football games on the weekend than they are about state/local/federal government. I am sure that the politicos in Harrisburg know this and it is the only reason they have been so arrogant. Good Luck Pennsylvania!
This one has legs. People are pissed, there is a repeal bill that has allot of suppport. Keep their feet to the fire.
Nobody asked me, but if this one has legs would someone please inform His Holiness where they are because they are most obviously amputated!
