What's the most exciting play in sports?

I say it's a triple or inside the park home run in baseball. Others say a run back of a kick for a TD , punt or kickoff.

The most exciting play in sports is ANYTHING done by your grandson or granddaughter. I'll take that anyday over the World Series or Superbowl.

thats a good question, I love the inside the park, assuming its not cuased by errors(not scored errors but misjudgements) and the play at the plate is close ehough so that if the the slide must be perfect despite a perfect block and cathc by the catcher.
As far as the best play i ever saw was the end of the St Louis Tennasee Super Bowl, where the guy was maybe a foot away from the endzone on the last play of the game

yeah, that was a pretty cool play but I'm a fan of the NCAA Tourney buzzer beaters. Nothing like David launching the great prayer against Goliath. Where the hell is Valpo again?
